Hello! I'm Michelle Payne-Gale. I'm a professional photographer based in the UK, specialising in black & white architecture.
A Black & White Affair is where I share my collection that I have built up over many years, and provide artwork for businesses, the hospitality sector, and home decor lovers.
I was originally a portrait photographer (using film!) but made a shift in 2021 after my eye was relentlessly drawn towards the leading lines and hidden histories in buildings.
When I’m not out with my camera, I’m chilling with my fabulous family, drinking tea, listening to smooth jazz, working on pen and paper projects, living life one day at a time, and contemplating what I'm having for dinner.
